Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice as physical therapist within Iowa • Degree from a bachelor's or master’s program in physical therapy • Two years of experience as a physical therapist (community/home health experience preferred) • Current CPR certification • Driver’s license and an insured, working automobile

Optimae assists individuals living in more than 50 Iowa counties with their mental health, visible and invisible disabilities, and other barriers. We empower our customers to reach their fullest potential by being at their side and on their side. The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services within our patients’ homes in the community. Services are provided according to a written physician's plan of care, adhering to all conditions outlined in the Personnel Service Agreement.
