What Is Lemonade Day?
Lemonade Day is a hands-on program that empowers youth to start and run their own lemonade stand. Through this experience, participants learn:
- Business and financial literacy
- Teamwork and goal setting
- Social and emotional skills
- Responsibility and confidence
Mentors guide students using the My Lemonade Day app or workbooks, leading them through planning, launching, and managing their business. After repaying any startup loans, kids keep their profits and are encouraged to spend some, save some, and share some.
