GOPIP is the leading economic and community development organization serving Ottumwa and Southeast Iowa. Our organization was formed through the merger of the Ottumwa Area Chamber of Commerce and the Ottumwa Economic Development Corporation, combining more than a century of experience in business advocacy, economic development, and community leadership. Today, that legacy continues through a collaborative approach that unites economic development, business support, community engagement, tourism promotion, and regional advocacy under one organization.
