The GOPIP Ambassadors were proud to celebrate the grand re-opening of Spud's Emporium of Comics and Games with a ribbon cutting at their new location on Main Street Ottumwa! Since 1990, Spud’s has been a staple for comics, games, collectibles, and community, and we’re excited to see this longtime local business continue to grow.
